Russian satellite operator RTComm, a subsidiary of national operator Rostelecom, has started providing satellite internet services for Arctic Catering Services based in the Khabarovsk region. Arctic Catering Services provides catering, accommodation, logistics and support  services for mining companies working in the Northern part of the region.
